You will need:
1. Your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)
2. Your email
UK Customers: Once you have finished your return you will be directed to Royal Mail to either print your free returns label or you can generate your free returns QR code.
Europe and Rest of World: Once you have finished your return. You as the customer will need to cover the returns shipping back to our warehouse so we can process your exchange or refund for you. You will find our return address label included in your order which you can attach to your return parcel.
We offer a 30 day returns policy
All items must be returned unworn in original packaging with tags attached
All stockings, hold ups, tights, bodystockings are non-returnable
Full complete sets must be returned
Please fill out your order number and pack our return card into your return parcel.
We will not accept any returns that are received back to us outside the 30 day period after the day of you receiving your goods. These returns will be sent back to the customer if they are outside the 30 day period.
Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your returned order and for the return / refund to be processed. Once we receive your returned parcel it can take up to 7 working days for the money to be showing back on your statement depending on your own bank, however this is usually shown back on your statement within a few days.
All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer while in transit until they reach Nikki Intimates. Refunds processed via Paypal are often refunded via Paypal E-Cheque, once you receive an email from us letting you know of the refund, please contact Paypal who will be able to tell you when the E-Cheque will clear into your Paypal account.
If your item is incorrect or faulty please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the receipt of the parcel in order to obtain either a refund or a replacement. Please do not post any faulty or incorrect items back to us before you have been advised by our customer care team.
PLEASE NOTE: Our sets are sold as sets i.e.
2 piece - bra and knickers
3 piece - bra, suspender belt and knickers.
In order for us to process any returns or exchanges we require you to send back complete sets, if we receive incomplete sets with either no bra, knickers or suspender belt unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange these returns, we will need you to send back the complete set, it is not until then once we receive the complete set back that we can refund you or exchange the style. If you are unable to send back all pieces of a set we will return your returned item back to you and we will not be able to refund or exchange your item.
Please Note: E-Gift cards are non refundable.
You as the customer will need to cover the returns shipping back to our warehouse so we can process your exchange or refund for you. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. And the cost of returning international orders will also be the customers responsibility.

Please allow items posted to the UK a little longer for us to process returns / refunds, we allow up to 30 days for international refunds to be processed.

Take to your local post office and post via a recorded or signed for delivery service.
To make a return or exchange, we need to receive the goods back to our office in their original condition – so, please ensure all goods are packaged securely.
If goods are returned from outside the UK/EU/EEA please mark the box ‘returned goods’.
We are not able to accept any returns on any products that have been worn and are not in their ‘original’ condition.
We can only accept refunds or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
The cost of returning goods to Nikki Intimates is the responsibility of the customer.
