Returns & Exchanges

Nikki Intimates understands that occasionally we all make spontaneous purchases that we aren’t 100% happy with. We want to make life as easy as possible for when these little shopping mishaps occur, which is why we offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days. All we ask is that the item is UNWORN, with your receipt and the original tags and packaging.
If you wish to return any part of your order you can do so within 14 days of the receipt of the parcel.

We will not accept any returns that are received back to us outside the 14 day period after the day of you receiving your goods. These returns will be sent back to the customer if they are outside the 14 day period.

When returning your order please fill out the returns form included in your order include your details of your return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange item. Don’t forget to include your reason for returning the item.

The cost of returning items will be the customer’s responsibility, we advise that all parcels are returned using a tracked service.
Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your returned items once we receive them and for your refund to be processed back onto your card or Paypal.
Please ensure to obtain ‘proof of postage'. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Nikki Intimates.

If your item is incorrect or faulty please contact info@nikkiintimates.com within 14 days of the receipt of the parcel in order to obtain either a refund or a replacement. Please do not post any faulty or incorrect items back to us before you have been advised by our customer care team.

PLEASE NOTE: Please inspect all items and make sure you are happy with them prior to trying them on. Refunds and Exchanges CANNOT be processed if ANY ITEMS HAVE BEEN WORN. 

PLEASE NOTE: Hosiery cannot be returned or refunded if it is removed from its packaging. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If returning goods from outside of the UK, please ensure the package is sent on a tracked service or with ‘proof of postage’. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. And the cost of returning international orders will also be the customers responsibility.

WHAT TO DO WHEN RETURNING BY POST:

Before returning any goods to Nikki Intimates.
Remember to indicate if you would rather exchange the goods or receive a refund. Please note that all refunds will be made to the credit card or PayPal originally used.
Select the reason for the exchange or return.
If exchanging an item indicate clearly what product you would prefer instead
We always welcome feedback; so feel free to let us know your thoughts.
If in the UK, we advise using a tracked Royal Mail Service.
Take to your local post office and post via a recorded or signed for delivery service.
To make a return or exchange, we need to receive the goods back to our office in their original condition – so, please ensure all goods are packaged securely.
If goods are returned from outside the UK/EU/EEA please mark the box ‘returned goods’.
We are not able to accept any returns on any products that have been worn and are not in their ‘original’ condition.
We can only accept refunds or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
The cost of returning goods to Nikki Intimates is the responsibility of the customer.
