Returns / Refunds

We offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days. All we ask is that the item is UNWORN, with your receipt and the original tags and packaging.
If you wish to return any part of your order you can do so within 14 days of the receipt of the parcel.

PLEASE NOTE: HOSIERY (STOCKINGS, TIGHTS, HOLD UPS, BODY-STOCKINGS ETC) CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.

We will not accept any returns that are received back to us outside the 14 day period after the day of you receiving your goods. These returns will be sent back to the customer if they are outside the 14 day period.

When returning your order please fill out the returns form included in your order include your details of your return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange item. Don’t forget to include your reason for returning the item.

The cost of returning items will be the customer’s responsibility, we advise that all parcels are returned using a tracked service.


Please allow up to 21 working days for us to receive your returned order and for the return / refund to be processed. Once you receive an email of the refund it can take up to 10 working days for the money to be showing back on your statement depending on your own bank.
All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer while in transit until they reach Nikki Intimates. Please be aware that we do not hold any responsibility of any goods being returned back to us, we advise all customer to please use a tracked insured service. We must receive the goods back to our warehouse in order to process any refunds or exchanges. If in any case where returned items are lost in transit and they do not arrive back to us in (the necessary timescale) again we do not hold any responsibility of this, and no refund or exchange can be processed. So we always advise all customer to please use a fully insured and tracked service such as Royal Mail Tracked or Royal Mail Special Delivery, so ensure a tracked return back to us.

Refunds processed via Paypal are often refunded via Paypal E-Cheque, once you receive an email from us letting you know of the refund, please contact Paypal who will be able to tell you when the E-Cheque will clear into your Paypal account.

If your item is incorrect or faulty please contact info@nikkiintimates.com within 14 days of the receipt of the parcel in order to obtain either a refund or a replacement. Please do not post any faulty or incorrect items back to us before you have been advised by our customer care team.

PLEASE NOTE: Please inspect all items and make sure you are happy with them prior to trying them on. Refunds and Exchanges CANNOT be processed if ANY ITEMS HAVE BEEN WORN. 

PLEASE NOTE: Hosiery cannot be returned or refunded. They will be posted back to the customer if they are returned to us.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If returning goods from outside of the UK, please ensure the package is sent on a tracked service or with ‘proof of postage’. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. And the cost of returning international orders will also be the customers responsibility.

Please allow items posted to the UK a little longer for us to process returns / refunds, we allow up to 30 days for international refunds to be processed.

Remember to indicate if you would rather exchange the goods or receive a refund. Please note that all refunds will be made to the credit card or PayPal originally used.

EXCHANGES:

If exchanging an item indicate clearly what product you would prefer instead
We always welcome feedback; so feel free to let us know your thoughts.
If in the UK, we advise using a tracked Royal Mail Service.
Take to your local post office and post via a recorded or signed for delivery service.
To make a return or exchange, we need to receive the goods back to our office in their original condition – so, please ensure all goods are packaged securely.
If goods are returned from outside the UK/EU/EEA please mark the box ‘returned goods’.
We are not able to accept any returns on any products that have been worn and are not in their ‘original’ condition.
We can only accept refunds or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
The cost of returning goods to Nikki Intimates is the responsibility of the customer.
