PLEASE NOTE: Most of our sets are sold as sets as stated within the titles and descriptions of each product i.e. the top and bottoms are the one size within the set. So for example medium bra/top and medium bottoms/pants. You cannot split sizes i.e. choose one size for the bra and a different size for the bottoms. They are sold as sets.

COVID19 UPDATE:

We are operating as usual ensuring all our orders leave on time and are safe for our customers and that our staff members are also safe at all times. Due to the every changing pandemic Royal Mail have issued various delay warnings on parcels being delivered on time. As these aspects are out of our direct control we appreciate all our customers patience on getting orders delivered on time as there may be slight delays on Royal Mails end delivering parcels. 95% of all our orders get delivered on time but on some occasions with Covid19 a small number might experience delays.

PLEASE BE AWARE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: BREXIT DELAYS
All international orders (outside of the UK & Ireland) may be subject to delays out side of the current time scale that is provided on our shipping options, this is due to ongoing Brexit issues that the UK is currently experiencing. All orders will be going through new custom checks when leaving the UK and arriving in different countries. These delays are unfortunately beyond our control and we appreciate your patience during this time. You may experience delays in the delivery of your international order of either days and in some isolated cases weeks while the ongoing Brexit custom checks take place.

We offer the above delivery options. You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or work address. We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in full.

We ship 5 days a week Monday - Friday, we DO NOT ship on the weekends, please do not consider Saturday or Sunday as shipping days based on the above time scales.

PACKAGING: Your privacy is really important to us, and, with our discreet packaging, you can be totally confident about shopping with us. All our parcels come in discreet plain black mailing bags with no branding to ensure complete privacy.

TRACKING: Please note on Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour option, Royal Mail DO NOT display tracking information until there has been an attempt on delivery. So you will not see tracking information or journey details of your order. Only when an attempt of delivery has been made.

CHOOSING YOUR DELIVERY OPTION

When you check out, you will be able to choose which delivery service you would like. The checkout will always clearly explain which options are available to you.
All available items are in stock for dispatch on the same working day if ordered before 12pm (UK time).

WHAT IF YOU ARE OUT WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES?

If you are out when the parcel arrives a ‘Something for you' (also known as a P739) card will left in the event that we are unable to complete delivery, with the mail subsequently being brought back to your local Delivery Office to allow collection or re delivery on a more suitable date. As part of our security policy it is not possible to collect mail without both identification matching the name shown on the item & the 'something for you card' itself.

WHAT IF YOUR ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE WHEN YOU EXPECT?

If your delivery is more than 10 working days overdue, please contact us. We will then do everything we can to track down your order.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

UK ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS 4-5 DAY DELIVERY
This service delivered within 5 working days delivered using Royal Mail 1st Class post service (No Tracking). If your order is placed after 12pm on a Friday your order will be dispatched on Monday. Orders placed during the week after 12 mid day are dispatched the next day for example - order placed Monday 1pm, will be dispatched on Tuesday with delivery on the following Monday or Tuesday.

UK ROYAL MAIL 48 HOUR TRACKED DELIVERY
This service delivered within 2 working days delivered using Royal Mail 24 hour post service (Tracking). If your order is placed after 12pm on a Friday your order will be dispatched on Monday. Orders placed during the week after 12 mid day are dispatched the next day for example - order placed Monday 1pm, will be dispatched on Tuesday with delivery on Thursday.

UK ROYAL MAIL NEXT DAY DELIVERY
This is a tracked service and delivered on the next working day after being dispatched. Next day orders need to be placed before 12pm. Next-Day parcels are delivered by Royal Special Next Day Service. A signature may be required for these deliveries. Next Day Delivery is valid on orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday. Next Day Delivery orders placed on Friday before 12pm will be shipped that day and delivered on Monday orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

UK ROYAL MAIL SATURDAY GUARANTEED
Orders placed before 12pm on Friday selecting Saturday delivery will be delivered on Saturday before 1pm using Royal Mail Saturday Delivery. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND STANDARD 5 DAY DELIVERY:
All Republic of Ireland orders will be shipped the same day if ordered before 12pm using An Post standard delivery and will be delivered within 5 working days. If your order is placed after 12pm on a Friday your order will be dispatched on Monday for estimated delivery on Thursday.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND EXPRESS 3 DAY DELIVERY:
Republic of Ireland orders will be shipped the same day if ordered before 12pm using An Post Express delivery and will be delivered within 3 working days. If your order is placed after 12pm on a Friday your order will be dispatched on Monday for estimated delivery on Thursday.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY
All European deliveries will be shipping using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders Placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day. European orders will be delivered within 5-10 working days.

USA DELIVERY
All USA deliveries will be shipping using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders Placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day. USA orders will be delivered within 5-10 working days.

REST OF WORLD DELIVERY:
All ‘Rest of World’ orders will be shipped using Royal Mail International. Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders Placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day. ‘Rest of World’ orders will be delivered within 10-14 working days

PLEASE NOTE – Rest of World orders may be subject to import tax. Please check your country's import charges before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns / Refunds

We offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days. All we ask is that the item is UNWORN, with your receipt and the original tags and packaging.
If you wish to return any part of your order you can do so within 14 days of the receipt of the parcel.

PLEASE NOTE: HOSIERY (STOCKINGS, TIGHTS, HOLD UPS, BODY-STOCKINGS ETC) CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.

We will not accept any returns that are received back to us outside the 14 day period after the day of you receiving your goods. These returns will be sent back to the customer if they are outside the 14 day period.

When returning your order please fill out the returns form included in your order include your details of your return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange item. Don’t forget to include your reason for returning the item.

The cost of returning items will be the customer’s responsibility, we advise that all parcels are returned using a tracked service.


Please allow up to 21 working days for us to receive your returned order and for the return / refund to be processed. Once you receive an email of the refund it can take up to 10 working days for the money to be showing back on your statement depending on your own bank.
All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer while in transit until they reach Nikki Intimates. Please be aware that we do not hold any responsibility of any goods being returned back to us, we advise all customer to please use a tracked insured service. We must receive the goods back to our warehouse in order to process any refunds or exchanges. If in any case where returned items are lost in transit and they do not arrive back to us in (the necessary timescale) again we do not hold any responsibility of this, and no refund or exchange can be processed. So we always advise all customer to please use a fully insured and tracked service such as Royal Mail Tracked or Royal Mail Special Delivery, so ensure a tracked return back to us.

Refunds processed via Paypal are often refunded via Paypal E-Cheque, once you receive an email from us letting you know of the refund, please contact Paypal who will be able to tell you when the E-Cheque will clear into your Paypal account.

If your item is incorrect or faulty please contact info@nikkiintimates.com within 14 days of the receipt of the parcel in order to obtain either a refund or a replacement. Please do not post any faulty or incorrect items back to us before you have been advised by our customer care team.

PLEASE NOTE: Please inspect all items and make sure you are happy with them prior to trying them on. Refunds and Exchanges CANNOT be processed if ANY ITEMS HAVE BEEN WORN. 

PLEASE NOTE: Hosiery cannot be returned or refunded. They will be posted back to the customer if they are returned to us.

PLEASE NOTE: Our sets are sold as sets i.e.

2 piece - bra and knickers

3 piece - bra, suspender belt and knickers.

In order for us to process any returns or exchanges we require you to send back complete sets, if we receive incomplete sets with either no bra, knickers or suspender belt unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange these returns, we will need you to send back the complete set, it is not until then once we receive the complete set back that we can refund you or exchange the style. If you are unable to send back all pieces of a set we will return your returned item back to you and we will not be able to refund or exchange your item.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If returning goods from outside of the UK, please ensure the package is sent on a tracked service or with ‘proof of postage’. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. And the cost of returning international orders will also be the customers responsibility.

Please allow items posted to the UK a little longer for us to process returns / refunds, we allow up to 30 days for international refunds to be processed.

If exchanging an item indicate clearly what product you would prefer instead
We always welcome feedback; so feel free to let us know your thoughts.
If in the UK, we advise using a tracked Royal Mail Service.
Take to your local post office and post via a recorded or signed for delivery service.
To make a return or exchange, we need to receive the goods back to our office in their original condition – so, please ensure all goods are packaged securely.
If goods are returned from outside the UK/EU/EEA please mark the box ‘returned goods’.
We are not able to accept any returns on any products that have been worn and are not in their ‘original’ condition.
We can only accept refunds or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
The cost of returning goods to Nikki Intimates is the responsibility of the customer.
